In 1993 I started a band called the Subliminals. The band has since recorded a couple CD's, well OK, one was a cassette, but a full length cassette nonetheless. A few years later there was a full line-up change (other than myself) and so in an effort to reflect the type of music we were playing, Pop Psychology became our new name. Under that name a cassette "EP" know as the Green Tape was released. The band played regularly in and around Chicago, added another guitar player, and got a studio drummer to play on the CD that would become Wishing Well. We decided to resurrect the old Subliminals name
.
Not long after Wishing Well was finished, lives and priorities changed (JB) and The Subliminals had to change again in the form of new players. The band played for a while, but for me it didn't seem the same.

Recently I decided it would be best for me to do projects on my own. I purchased some recording equipment and have started the next CD. I'll have a couple of close friends (Jeff Bakalar, Dave Donovan, Tom Collier, and Eric Sherpan) help me out. I'm excited about the way things are sounding and hope you will be too. Check the CD page to hear samples. Thanks for reading and hopefully listening.
